The latest addition to Riverside Commerce Center, Riverside Commerce Center V, was recently named the Best Real Estate Project of the Year in the Industrial Category by Sacramento Business Journal. Harsch Investment Properties constructed its first building at Riverside Commerce Center in 2000, and ultimately developed roughly 1.2 million square feet over the last 20 years.

Riverside Commerce Center V is 104,800 square feet and features 24-26 foot clear heights, ESFR sprinklers, 28 dock-high doors, skylights, and generous truck staging and maneuvering areas. The building is close to 100% leased by Factory Motors, Arjo and Gemini Bio.

Sacramento Business Journal held the Best Real Estate Projects of the Year Awards at the McClellan Conference Center on Friday, September 20 honoring the highest impact real estate projects of the past 12 months in the region. You can read the in-depth interview with Harsch’s Senior Vice President and Sacramento Regional Manager, John Shorey, in the Sacramento Business Journal’s article about this project.

Congratulations to our regional and development team members and our project partners!
